Transparency is important to us. Therefore, you will find our current prices for daily support and social care services here. All services are communicated openly, billed fairly, and individually tailored to your situation.


Our services are aimed at people who want support, structure and personal guidance in their daily lives - without nursing or medical services.


Transparency note:



The application for recognition under Section 45a SGB XI was submitted to the State Office for Care.

Until final approval, billing will initially be done privately.

Naturally, we will inform our clients immediately after their application has been approved.


Individual services


Billing per hour

All the following services are charged at a uniform rate:


€42.00 per hour


These include, among others:

  • Daily support & social care
  • Support with daily routine
  • Conversations, reading aloud & shared activities
  • Memory work (e.g. biographical work)
  • Activation activities (memory, movement, concentration)
  • Accompaniment while shopping
  • Preparation of simple meals
  • Light housekeeping tasks
  • Accompaniment to doctor's appointments & government offices (without transportation service)
  • Walks & Leisure Activities
  • Accompanying people to visit relatives or social contacts



Travel allowance

€10.00 per use

(within a 25km radius)

Additional kilometers will be charged at €0.30/km.


Monthly care packages

Basic package 4 hours

€164.00 per month


Comfort package 8 hours

€322.00 per month


Plus package 12 hours

€470.00 per month


Intensive package 20 hours

€770.00 per month


All prices are monthly flat rates. Billing and any reimbursement by the long-term care insurance fund are handled in accordance with legal regulations.


The packages offer planning security and are individually tailored to your needs.

Many of our services can be subsidized through the relief allowance from the long-term care insurance fund.


Since the services vary depending on the level of care required and the individual situation, full cost coverage is not always possible.


We support you transparently and personally in clarifying matters with the long-term care insurance fund.


Billing as care and relief services in accordance with Section 45b SGB XI is possible, provided that the legal requirements are met and corresponding recognition exists.


A monthly relief allowance is available starting from care level 1.
