Will the costs be covered by the long-term care insurance?

Lebenszeit-Care - Graf & Wintzen GbR is currently undergoing the accreditation process as a provider of everyday support services in accordance with §45a SGB XI at the responsible state office for care.

Until final approval, billing will be done exclusively on a private invoice basis.

How much is the subsidy from the long-term care insurance fund?

From care level 1 onwards, a monthly relief allowance of currently up to €125.00 is available.

This amount can be used – after approval – for recognized support services.

What happens if the costs are higher than the subsidy?

If the scope of services exceeds the available relief amount, the difference must be borne privately.

We place great importance on complete transparency so that you always know what costs will be incurred.

Does Lebenszeit Care bill the long-term care insurance company directly?

Direct billing depends on the individual situation and the requirements of the long-term care insurance fund.

We will gladly assist you in clarifying and submitting the necessary documents.

Can I use the services even without a care level rating?

Yes. Our services are also available without a care level assessment and can be booked privately at any time.

What happens if I use fewer hours than included in the package?

The packages offer planning security. Unused hours can be taken into account or adjusted – by individual arrangement.

Will I receive a consultation regarding costs beforehand?

Of course. We offer free, personal and non-binding consultations and will clarify things together,

which services are useful and what the patient's share of the costs will be.
