Lebenszeit-Care offers comprehensive support services in accordance with §45a SGB XI, which are specifically aimed at relieving people in their everyday lives and enabling them to live a self-determined life in their familiar surroundings.
Our services are aimed at older people, people with physical or mental limitations, people with disabilities, and their caregivers. Through individualized support, we tailor our services specifically to the needs of our clients.

Support in everyday life - human &
reliable
Lebenszeit Care offers comprehensive support in accordance with §45a SGB XI for elderly people as well as people with physical and mental disabilities.
Our services include everyday support in the home environment, assistance with daily tasks, conversations and social support.
Furthermore, we promote social participation and enjoyment of life through creative activities such as crafting and listening to music together.
Through our individual services, we create a trusting environment in which family caregivers are relieved of some of their burdens and the independence of those being cared for is promoted.
Benefits according to § 45a SGB XI
(Offers of support in everyday life)
Transparency note:
The application for recognition under Section 45a SGB XI was submitted to the State Office for Care.
Until final approval, billing will initially be done privately.
Naturally, we will inform our clients immediately after their application has been approved.
Our services serve the Relief for family caregivers as well as the Support and structuring of daily life by people with support needs.
These include, among others:
- Support in the home environment
- Assistance with everyday tasks (non-nursing care)
- Conversations, listening, and social interaction
- Structuring the daily routine
- Household support as part of everyday assistance
- Preparation of simple meals
- Shopping and errands
- Accompaniment outside the home (e.g. doctor's appointments, visits to authorities, walks, events)
It will no nursing, medical or therapeutic services provided.
Special care services
We offer Individual support in everyday life for people with special support needs, including:
- dementia-related changes (e.g. Alzheimer's disease)
- Parkinson
- Consequences of neurological diseases (non-therapeutic)
- mental illnesses
- physical limitations or disabilities
Our services are intended to Orientation, activation and social participation and replace no medical or therapeutic treatment.
They do not replace medical, nursing or therapeutic treatment.
Relief for family members
Our services are expressly aimed at family members who:
• want to be relieved of some of their time
• Need support in everyday life
• Want to share responsibility
The goal is to avoid overload and create safety in everyday life.
Billing and cost coverage
Our services are generally billed privately.

One Direct billing with care or social welfare providers does not take place..

- Flexible working hours by arrangement
- Area of operation: 25 km radius (Augsburg district, AIC-FDB district, city of Augsburg, GZ district and city of Günzburg); further areas of operation by arrangement
- Regular or flexible support possible
Services we do not provide
For legal clarity, we expressly point out that Lifetime Care does not include medical treatment care provides.
Our services do not include, in particular:
- medical measures
- therapeutic measures
- Administration of medication
- injections
- Dressing change
- Putting on and taking off compression stockings
- Patient transport or ambulance transport within the meaning of patient transport law
Law
These services may only be performed by approved outpatient care services or relevant specialist departments be provided.
Furthermore, we take over no comprehensive cleaning services in the sense of routine or basic cleaning.
